I ordered the taupe shirt and the color looked pretty much exactly like the photos online. that should be the norm, but it’s still nice when a company is upfront and the pictures are accurate. Really happy with it.

I ordered from therow.com and the packaging was genuinely the first thing I noticed. The box felt sturdy, everything was placed neatly, and there weren’t any dents or random messy tape anywhere. Maybe I’m the only one who pays attention to this stuff, but it made a good first impression.

The item itself was wrapped really nicely too, simple but careful, like someone actually took a minute with it. I know it’s just packaging, but when it arrives this clean and put together, it definitely makes the order feel more worth it. No complaints from me, I’d order again.

The fabric, feels really nice, and the stitching is clean too. But for the price, I was expecting maybe a bit more than what I got. One of the items, after just a few wears, kind of lost its shape. It’s not bad at all, just for me a mixed feeling

I bought a small leather bag from The Row last year, i kind of regret waiting so long to get it. I’ve used it most days since then, tossed it in the car, hung it on cafe chairs, and generally have not babied it at all.
There are a couple of tiny marks on the leather now, but there’s no loose stitching, peeling, or anything that makes it look worn out. The price definitely stung at the time, but looking back, I would’ve saved myself some second-guessing because it’s actually held up really well.

It gets a little frustrating when sizes disappear that fast, especially in the simple colors you’d actually wear all the time. I checked back a few times, but there wasn’t much change.
The quality looks great, that’s not the issue at all. It’s just the availability that makes shopping there kind of annoying, and clearer restock info would definitely help.

I thought I might need to size up, actually, no, the regular size fit me just right. It was true to size for me
